**web组是干什么的?**

> web组负责IT侠网站和预约系统的开发和维护，同时也开发其他一些我们感兴趣的项目，比如智能QQ机器人，小程序开发等。

**web组可以提供的，新人可以从这里学到什么东西，相关的培训活动都有哪些?**

> 新人可以在web组自由学习前端/后端/智能机器人/小程序/…，只要你感兴趣的，都可以学习，可以在web组群内自由交流技术，可以把你探索到的技术记入web组技术文档，可以得到组内大佬热情的的一对一指导/多对一指导，还可以创建你自己的小项目，邀请大佬们来给你打辅助QWQ。我们主要是在实践中学习，需要较高的自觉性和主动提问的积极性，新人遇到困难可以寻求老人的线上指导，每周有组会，每月有不定期的培训讲座。

**web组对新人有哪些要求，以及新人加入之后需要做些什么?**

> web组欢迎一切对web开发（前端/后端/UI设计/网络安全/其它奇奇怪怪的技能/...）感兴趣并且热爱学习的小伙伴噢\~\~\~如果你是充满热情的小白，只要乐于学习，组里的胖友们都会悉心指导；如果你是技术大佬，那么在这里定能自由发挥和极限创造！我们热爱技术，热爱分享，更爱乐于学习的你！

> 新人加入之后，就要参与到我们的开发中来了，本学期由web组几位大佬带队几个项目（前端/后端/新系统/机器人/小程序/其它辅助工具），新人需要选择参加其中的一个项目，能力强的可以参与多个项目，由对应负责人进行培训。热情小白只要在组里多问问题，在对应负责人的帮助下进行自学，在开发实践中就可以渐渐提升能力并且为社团出一份力了。技术大佬还可以作为负责人自由开展自己的项目，充分发挥自己的能力，在和其它成员的技术交流中更进一步。
